chisel grind
A chisel grind is a bevel style where only one side of the material is bevelled, leaving the opposite side's blade edge in line with the spine and tang. It is a technique used to make serrated portions of blades sharp. It is also relatively easy to apply to a knife, as there is no concern about the two halves of the blade bevel meeting at the precise centre of the knife.
