Symbols of judicial power, as defined by Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine on Judicial System and Status of Judge, are state symbols of Ukraine - the State Coat of Arms of Ukraine, and the State National Flag of Ukraine. This Article also specifies that t (Ukrainian) judge administers justice wearing the judge's gown and bearing a special breastplate. Samples of the aforementioned shall be approved by Council of Judges of Ukraine.
