Quality - the degree to which a set of inherent characteristics satisfies the requirements. Quality is a subjective concept and the term comes from Latin. Quality is related to perceptions of each individual and various factors such as culture, product or service, needs and expectations directly influence this definition. Quality is related to products and / or services. There are several definitions for quality as the product conforms to the requirements of customers, value added, something that does not have similar products, cost / benefitetc. There are quality control , quality assurance and quality management which are concepts related to quality in manufacturing and services. The concepts are used in various areas through quality indicators and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and others.
