You will need: Needle and Thread, rubber bands, a striped t-shirt, a long zipper, and scissors.

1. Turn the T-shirt inside out, and wrap the rubber bands tightly around the sleeves.

2. Cinch the waiste, and wrap two bands around tightly for extra support.

3. Snip a 1/2 inch belw each rubber band and flip fabric right side out.

4. Secure the opposite sides of the neck by sticthing the long zipper into it.
