predictive support

Predictive support provides synchronous real-time intervention based on continuous monitoring and asynchronous trend analysis to prevent service-impacting events or incidents and guarantee performance and availability. Predictive services reach out to individual customer configurations before specific issues, which may be unknown and unpredictable, manifest themselves. The support provider proactively attempts to eliminate causes and mitigate contributory factors, where feasible and practical, within the scope of the defined support contract.
