insider dealing
Transaction designed to secure a pecuniary advantage by improperly exploiting an information lead. According to Penal Code Article 161, insider transactions are punishable offences under Swiss law. Any insider obtaining a pecuniary advantage for himself or a third party by exploiting confidential information relevant to the price of a stock shall be liable to punishment. It is also a punishable offence for persons (even if they are non-insiders) to receive and make use of insider information.
