event, system
A failure condition, also called a system event, possibly caused by the control system detecting an anomaly resulting in a fault during beam on or a major fault in any machine state (other than Power Off state). Other failure conditions include communication between the Console workstation and the control system, or within the control system components or its nodes. In addition, the following events are considered failure conditions but do not generate major faults: a CalCheck failure; a PCB that failed to boot, either on startup or under user control; any machine state other than power-off that asserts a motion impact fault.
