calcium resinate
Yellowish white, amorphous powder that is soluble in acid, insoluble in water; made by boiling rosin with calcium hydroxide and filtering, or by fusion of melted rosin with hydrated lime; used for waterproofing, leather tanning, and the manufacture of paint driers and enamels. Also known as limed rosin.
