average market cap ($M)

A measure of the size of the companies in which a fund invests. A company's market capitalization is the total value of its outstanding shares, calculated by multiplying its share price by its number of outstanding shares. A fund's average market capitalization is the numerical mean (average) of the market capitalizations of the companies in which the fund invests.
