Swiss Accounting and Reporting Recommendations

Recommendations supplementing the financial reporting provisions of Swiss company law which aim to increase the meaningfulness and comparability of annual accounts, and are designed to provide standards in line with international principles which present a true and fair view of a company's financial position, results of operations and cash flows.
