Don Papa was created n the 19th-century Philippine Revolution. This rum is a premium aged small batch rum from the isle of Negros Occidental, the Philippines. Distilled from some of the finest sugar cane in the world, Don Papa is first aged 7 years in oak barrels in the foothills of Mount Kanlaon before being blended to perfection. This 100% made-in-the-Philippines rum was aged in oak barrels for seven years in the foothills of Mt. Kanlaon. This explains its light and fruity scent and rich taste. It’s a grown-up drink that suits more sophisticated palates. In any case, it was good enough to turn a teetotaler’s sip into a full-blown rum appreciation session.
