Chip card function (e.g. on a Maestro card or Postcard). Chips can be loaded with cash up to a set amount at a Bancomat. Can be used as a cash substitute in shops displaying the CASH sign. PIN codes are not required, and the price of the purchase can be debited directly from the card.
