In an inspection, the individual that is responsible for administrative tasks pertaining to the inspection, for planning and preparation of the inspection or walkthrough, ensures that the inspection is conducted in an orderly manner and meets its objectives, is responsible for collecting inspection data (if appropriate), and issues the inspection report.
