Hybrid unified communications and collaboration (UCC) allows enterprises to procure UCC services through several deployment models, while supporting the seamless service integration needed to deliver a UCC experience to users, for example, by blending traditional on-premises, public cloud and private cloud deployment models. Hybrid UCC allows organizations to select different procurement models for different UCC functionality. Hybrid UCC can also support adoption of different procurement models for different user roles within the organization.
