curved jib
A chain coal cutter jib with the outer end bent upward or downward through 90 degrees . Thus, the machine can make a horizontal and also a vertical cut in one operation. Curved jibs make coal preparation easier, but their use is limited because of the excessive strain and wear on the cutter chain.
