condition rule
In a privacy management environment, a Boolean condition that is applied to a group or purpose in a usage statement to further restrict access to the PII defined in the statement. For example, a condition rule could be applied to a usage statement that restricts access to the PII unless the monitored system contains a recording of the PII owner's explicit agreement to the use of the PII.
