Nike, founded on January 25,1964, is an American multinational corporation that designs, develops, markets and sells apparel, footwear, accessories and other equipments. The company has it's headquarter near Beaverton, Oregon. Nike is one of only two Fortune 500 companies based in Oregon. It is one of the world's largest manufacturer of sportswear and leading supplier of apparels and shoes. Nike produces a broad range of sports equipment. Nike came in the market with its first product as trekking shoes. They currently also make jerseys, shorts, etc. for a wide range of sports such as baseball, ice hockey, football, tennis, basketball, and cricket. Other than United States, Nike has its stores located in 45 other countries with more than 700 shops all over the world.
