Dana Air Flight 992 was a McDonnell Douglas MD-83 carrying 146 passengers and 7 crew members which crashed in a suburb of Lagos, Nigeria while descending for landing at Murtala Muhammed International Airport. Crashing in a residential neighborhood it killed all on board the flight and an additional 10 on the ground.
