Tokens are a session layer concept.<br />(3) A value passed as a parameter for the purpose of uniquely identifying objects.<br />(4) A particular message or bit pattern that signifies permission or temporary control to transmit over a network.<br />(5) A marker used to track the current state of a process instance during a simulation run.<br />(6) In checkpoint processing, an identifier that is used to determine checkpoint I/O status.<br />(7) The basic textual units that are indexed by enterprise search.
