Bow pose, or dhanurasana, is a yogic posture that is achieved by balancing on the abdomen while grasping the ankles with the hands. It is a backbend and chest opener that is very common in asana practice.

This exercise expands the chest,mobilizes the entire spinal column, and can be a welcome change to the usual movement of your body. The Bow Pose is a good exercise to improve posture and strengthen the back muscles.

Bridge Pose, or Setu Bandha Sarvangasana, is a type of backbend practiced in yoga. This posture is achieved by laying on the ground face up with the knees bent and the heels near the glutes and then pushing with the heels to lift the entire spinal column off the ground, using the feet and shoulders as contact points with the ground.

The Bridge Pose means construction of a bridge.It is effective in promoting relaxation and reducing stress. The legs and and the hips do most of the work which helps in rejuvenating tired feet.
