"Yuvgota" is abbreviation of "You have got an A!" It is a motivational term I used to my students that I already give them "A" for the subjects (Ergonomics and Plant Layout Design). The baseline is, all students have to defend and claim their "A" ownership by attending the class, completing the tasks, performing good presentation, and paying attention to class dynamics, as well as expressing their ideas. Amazingly, the success rate of students achieving "A" is always more than 95%. The fact encourages me that in general, people will "defend to the death" things that already (or at least are perceived) on their disposal. So I would like to share the world this term and together we can develop this concept. Thank you.
