A rigger assembles, installs, positions and secures working platforms, alluminium trussing, electric chain hoists, pulleys and winches used to undertake heavy lifting for concert staging purposes. In entertainment industry a riggir is usually positioned, by means of a climbing harness, on already set up metal frame of a stage and pulls up heavy loads such as hoists, trusses, steel wires, soft steel round slings etc.
