This is the first book that Sheryl wrote. This book basically talking about the problems that women mostly encounters, the doubts that most women possess and the feeling of 'not having enough skills or ability' or the idea of a woman must choose between her family or career because a woman cant have both.

Those kind of things drove the COO of Facebook to write this book in order to motivate as well as inspiring women all over the world that they have the right to speak up, the right to do what men usually do and the equality, not only as a promise.
