Gallifrey is a planet in the constellation of Kasterborous in the Seven Systems, at galactic coordinates 10-0-11-00:02 from Galactic Zero Centre. Homeworld of the Doctor and the other Time Lords, it is believed that Gallifrey has been destroyed in the Last Great Time War fought against the Daleks. It is later revealed that, in reality, the first thirteen incarnations of the Doctor have frozen Gallifrey in time in a pocket universe for its own protection, killing the majority of their Dalek enemies during the crossfire when the planet disappears. Gallifrey is later returned to the universe, being placed at "the end of the universe, give or take a star system."
