Donna Noble is a companion of the Tenth Doctor. Donna first meets the Doctor when she is working as a temp at a security firm which, unbeknownst to her, is a front organisation Torchwood. After she is suddenly teletransported to his TARDIS, to the utter suprise of both, she ends up helping the Doctor save the day after discovering she was being used as part of an alien plan that threatened to destroy the Earth. She parts ways with the Doctor after the world is safe once more, but meets him again when they end up investigating the same alien threat; travelling together after that. Called “the most important woman in all of creation” by the Doctor and Rose Tyler, Donna saves the whole of reality from the Daleks and Davros when she becomes the ‘DoctorDonna’, a Human-Time Lord hybrid. The effects of the Human-Time Lord metacrisis, however, prove to be too much for her human brain, and in order for Donna to survive, the Doctor forcibly erases all her memories of her time with him from her mind. Donna later marries Shaun Temple, adopting the name Donna Temple-Noble.
